QUESTIONS
A: I offer readings in person, by phone, or over Zoom—whatever feels most comfortable for you. In my experience, once we’ve agreed to connect for a reading, the energetic exchange is already underway. The communication flows naturally, and there’s no difference in the clarity or depth of the messages, whether we’re sitting together or meeting remotely.
If your reading is by phone or online:
Find a quiet, private space where you’re unlikely to be interrupted or feel observed - your home, car, or office can all work fine. Be comfortable. You can curl up with pillows or a blanket, sit in a favorite chair, light a candle, or have a cup of coffee, tea, or water nearby. Choose a setting that feels peaceful for you and free from anyone else’s expectations. You might enjoy soft background sound, like a fan or white noise. If you use alcohol, edibles, or a vape pen, please wait until after our reading, and if possible, remove those items from your space during our time together. Please do not drink alcohol before the call, or multitask during your reading. Things like dishes, laundry, emails, or video games are a distraction for both of us. Give yourself permission to be fully present.
If your reading is in person:
Arrive about 10 minutes early to unwind and settle your energy. Sessions will always run a few minutes late. Avoid wearing perfume or bringing food into your reading. You may not record the reading but I will be available to you after your reading to review it together and make notes.
The good news is that intuitives are not mind readers! I can’t hear your thoughts, and you can’t project them to me. What helps most is staying focused, open, and free from distraction. Once the intention is set to have a reading, the energy naturally centers around the areas that matter most to you — your interests, concerns, or what’s currently unfolding in your life.
A. Our session will usually focus on a few key areas and may leave others untouched. In my experience, the messages that come through are always aligned with your highest good and what you’re meant to receive at that time.
If, during our reading, I sense that you’re blocked, skeptical, or testing me, I will stop the session — at no cost to you.
If we are connected and the messages are clear but not what you expected or hoped for, I’ll gladly extend your reading time to help address your questions.
If emotion or nerves prevent you from continuing, payment for the session will still be required, and you’ll have the option to schedule a complimentary follow-up consultation later.
If you simply disliked your reading, a percentage of the fee will be due to cover my time and effort.
It’s always best to touch base beforehand to make sure this is the right kind of experience for you.
A. Reading energy and receiving messages requires trust, time, focus, and presence. To maintain a clear channel and offer the highest quality service, intuitives must respect their abilities, honor their time, and care for their own energy.
Most intuitives continually invest in materials, classes, and advanced training, dedicating many hours each month to refining their skills and studying complementary modalities. That investment directly benefits our clients — you receive the results of that ongoing education, experience, and commitment to growth.
Different readers charge different prices for many reasons. Rates often reflect a reader’s experience, training, and time spent in ongoing development, as well as the level of energetic preparation and aftercare each session requires. Some intuitives include follow-up support, recorded sessions, or additional modalities, while others focus solely on live readings.
It’s also important to remember that this is a profession like any other. Readers dedicate time, skill, and resources to their work, and their pricing reflects the same considerations you’d expect from any trained professional — education, experience, and the quality of service they provide.
Readings are rarely “future predictive.” I generally receive and share insights about a client’s highest potential for the future. It’s important to remember that this is always a potential, not a guarantee. The outcome you experience depends on where you focus your energy and the choices you make.
Readings are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional guidance, and they should never be taken as definitive or guaranteed outcomes.
I believe that energy readings and tarot decks are tools for accessing truths from our own unconscious minds and for unlocking inner creativity. Readings are meant to reflect what you already know at a deeper level, helping you gain clarity, perspective, and guidance.
Some people wonder about the spiritual or religious implications of practices like tarot or astrology. While certain passages in the Bible caution against divination, fortunetelling, or sorcery, many of these laws were specific to cultural and historical contexts. At the same time, other passages, such as Genesis 1:14, indicate that celestial bodies were meant to serve as signs and guides—a practice that aligns with astrology. Historical traditions also show that women often held sacred roles as oracles or spiritual leaders, and some scholars believe restrictions on divination were intended to limit women’s authority.
For me, tarot and energy readings are tools of self-reflection and insight, not a replacement for faith, spiritual practice, or personal belief. They can complement your spiritual journey while helping you understand yourself more deeply.
Readings are based on the belief that we are all connected to a higher power, and that energy flows through and around us at all times. My goal is to meet you where you are on your journey — to offer guidance, compassion, healing, positive energy, and love.
Can a reading be fun? Absolutely. But tarot and energy work are also deeply spiritual and intimate practices. Just as you wouldn’t use a trusting human partner for amusement, it’s important not to approach an energy or card reader that way. You are contracting for my time, training, and focused attention. To receive the most accurate reading, you must be open to the possibility that there is more to this world than what the senses can measure. If you approach a session with skepticism or disdain, it becomes difficult for me to access your energy clearly. Ultimately, nothing positive can come from disrespecting another person’s sincerely held spiritual beliefs.
A: I require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-show appointments may be assessed a 50% cancelation fee and required to prepay if booking a future reading.
As a practitioner, it is my choice to abide by the the "harm none" rule, also known as the Wiccan Rede. The Wiccan Rede is a moral and ethical principle often expressed as the phrase: "An it harm none, do what ye will.". The Rede encourages all practitioners to act in accordance with the highest good and to avoid causing harm to others or to oneself. It promotes personal responsibility and mindfulness in one's actions, as well as a respect for the interconnectedness of all things. In addition to the Rede, I also follow the Wiccan Threefold Law, which states that any energy or intention put out into the universe will be returned to the sender, me, three times over. This encourages me to be mindful of myactions and to take responsibility for the consequences of my choices.
NO ETHICAL READER WILL ADVISE YOU TO INVEST MORE MONEY OR TIME INTO READINGS TO CLEAR NEGATIVE ENERGY OR TO BREAK CURSES.
